- Return Period - you have 30 days to return your item(s) to us.
- How long will my return take? Please allow 14 days for the returned item(s) to reach our warehouse and for your return to be processed.
Global-e Returns Steps for Change of Mind Returns:
1. Open our Global-e Returns Portal
2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address used to place the order.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) why.
- Repeat these steps as needed for each item you wish to return.
4. Select your return method.
5. Create and print your return label (this will also be emailed to you), attach it to the outside of your parcel and package your return.
6. Go to https://locator.dhl.com/, choose your country, fill in your location and select a DHL Express Point or arrange a DHL pick up.
7. Take your parcel to your chosen drop off point/prepare for your local courier to collect it.
8. You’re all done! Your refund should be with you within 14 days.
Only Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Norway, South Africa, Switzerland can use our Global-e Returns portal. For all other countries, please use our Rebound Returns portal guide.

- Please allow 14 days for the returned item(s) to reach our warehouse and for your return to be processed.
- Make sure you retain proof of postage (you may need to enter your email address for a digital receipt of proof of postage).
- For 3 for 2 offers, all 3 items need to be sent back to us including free items such as keys.
