Rebound Returns Portal Steps:
- Click here to access the returns portal and enter your order number and postcode.
- You’ll then see details of your order and a list of the items purchased. From here, you can choose which items you want to return and why. The amount you’ll be refunded will show on the right hand side of the screen.
- Once you’ve chosen which items you’re sending back to us, you can then enter your contact details which will determine the best place for you to drop off your parcel. If you want to use a different drop off point, you can enter a different postcode to find other suitable drop off points.
- Your return label and form will be generated for you which will need to be downloaded and printed. Place the form inside your parcel and attach the label outside of your parcel. These will be emailed to you so if you don’t have immediate access to a printer, you can print these at a later time.
- Take your parcel to your chosen parcel shop. Keep a copy of your proof of drop off for your records.
- You’re all done! You can track your return here, and your refund will be with you within 14 days.
Global-e Returns Portal Steps:
- Click here to access the returns portal and enter your order number and email address used to place the order.
- Enter the quantity for return and return reason for each item you wish to return.
- Select your return method.
- Create and print your return label (this will also be emailed to you). Secure your label to the outside of your parcel and package your return.
- Go to https://locator.dhl.com/, choose your country and fill in your location to select a DHL Express Point or arrange a DHL pick up.
- You should receive your refund in 14 days.
