Please be sure to use your shipping postcode and not your email address
- Where the portal says 'Email or postal/zip code', be sure to enter your postcode
- Please do not enter your email address, as this will not work.
Remove the hashtag from your order reference
- Make sure not to include the hashtag # when inputting your order reference.
- If you are experiencing an error message such as 'Order not found' Please check that these details match your order confirmation' then it is likely that you may need to remove the hashtag in front of your order reference.
Make sure your postcode is correct - this is your delivery address not billing address
- Be sure to enter your postcode correctly and exactly how it appeared on your order confirmation email.
- Please input the 'Delivery address' postcode and not your 'Billing address'.
