We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may want to cancel your order and return products.

You have the legal right to cancel your order at any time prior to us dispatching your order, and up to 14 days after receiving your order, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
If you are making a return up to 14 days after receiving your order, you should send back the Products you wish to return to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you clearly informed us of your decision to cancel.
Once we receive the Product returned to us, we shall refund you the price paid for the Product plus the costs of the original delivery. If you do not return all of the products in your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
You can return the products via our returns portal or send the products to our warehouse. You will be responsible for the cost of postage.

We are also pleased to offer you the right to return Products beyond 14 days of your receiving the Product, up to a maximum of 30 days from when you receive your order. However, if you are returning your order more than 14 days after receiving it, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
If you cancel and return your order within the 14 day period, we will credit your original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the products returned. If you are returning your order outside the 14 day period, we will credit your original method of payment within 30 days of our receipt of the products returned.
Please note that we don't have liability for any returned products until they arrive with us, and you should obtain a proof of postage if you're returning an item.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of certain Products, including Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange Products returned to us that are not in a resalable condition.
You may return to us any Product that is damaged, defective or we have delivered a Product to you in error.
Certain items, including sealed collectables, opened 'mystery' sold items, jewellery and personalised products can't be returned unless they're faulty. Please find further information here.
Please note, if you're returning an item as part of a 3 for 2 promotion, you'll need to return all three items to receive your refund.
If you're returning an order containing a free Key, you'll need to return the Key as well.
