- Theme Park tickets for Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney World which have specific dates or validity
- Any product that you have used or damaged and is no longer in a resaleable condition.

Products advertised as a 'mystery' item that have been opened cannot be returned.
Jewellery
Any jewellery returns should be unworn and in their original packaging for health and safety reasons.

We’re unable to refund or exchange any merchandise purchased from a Disney Park or Disney Cruise Line, please contact the relevant Park here.
Disney Merchandise from other retailers
We cannot refund or exchange Disney merchandise you have purchased from other retailers, please contact your point of purchase.

Our Stores can’t accept returns for refund, exchange or gift cards of Disneyland Paris product purchased on DisneyStore.eu
We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to you for a returned product if you have diminished the value of the product if it is incomplete, by damaging it, handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. This deduction may be the whole value of the product in some cases.
Please note, if you're returning an item as part of a 3 for 2 promotion, you'll need to return all three items to receive your refund and if you're returning an order containing a free Key, you'll need to return the Key as well.
