If your discount code isn't working, there's some troubleshooting you can do that normally fixes the issue!
- Check that any letters O and I and numbers 0 and 1 are correct, as this can sometimes be the cause of the problem. Try to copy and paste the code rather than typing it
- Check what’s in your basket, if it contains sale or promotional items these aren’t eligible for purchase with a discount code
- Codes aren't valid on all items, please check our promotion exclusions
- Codes are case sensitive, so double check what code you’ve entered at checkout
- Try clearing cache and cookies, or changing your browser for an optimised check out experience
- Refer to the terms and conditions of your code which will provide further details, such as exclusions and promotion end dates. You can find these on our Terms and Conditions page
- Is it your first purchase since making a Disney account? You may already have a 10% welcome discount applied at checkout
