What does “limited edition” mean?
Limited Edition products are products that we only produce and sell in limited quantities. That means that once they have sold out, we won’t be making any more. We will usually announce the launch of Limited Edition items in advance.
How do I know if a product is Limited Edition?
If an item is Limited Edition, it’s normally noted in the item’s listing on our Online Store, normally in its product description, Magic in the Details. The edition size is also listed there.
I checked for a Limited Edition product and it was sold out, but now there appears to be availability. How come?
The available quantities of Limited Edition product can sometimes go up as well as down. This is because if guests return a Limited Edition product, we will put it back on sale for others. Stock levels therefore fluctuate sometimes after the products are put on sale. We may also put extra products on sale after the beginning of the sale period because of operational issues.
How many Limited Edition products can I buy?
We place limits on the number of Limited Edition products each individual and each household can purchase so the largest number of Guests has a chance at purchasing these products. The limits are specified in the product description. We reserve the right to cancel any order that doesn’t comply with these restrictions.
Can I pre-order Limited Edition products?
In the interest of fairness for all our Guests, we don’t have a pre-ordering system for Limited Edition products. Limited Edition releases are available on a first come, first served basis.

We reserve the right to bring them back at a later date for a further release. We will usually announce the launch of Limited Release items in advance. We can’t guarantee that Limited Release products are available for the whole release period, as they are always subject to availability.
