To allow more of our Guests a fair, positive shopping experience on our more popular, limited and collectable items we have introduced a virtual Disney Store Waiting Room.
Guests will be placed into a virtual Waiting Room while shopping the morning of our Limited Edition and Limited Release products (for example Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction, or Limited Edition Dolls). Click here for more information on our Limited Edition and Limited Release products.
The Waiting Room will start approximately 5 minutes before products are released (for example, 7:55am if the item launch is 8:00 am UK time). If you are already browsing on Disney Store at this time, you will be automatically moved into the Waiting Room, until you are invited to shop.
