How do I apply a discount code?
1. Once you are ready to pay, click into 'My Bag' on the top right-hand side of the page
2. Enter your Promo Code in the below box underneath your order summary. You can also click into 'View Current Promotions' to see any active promotions.
Promo Codes are case-sensitive, so you may find it easier to copy and paste!
3. Click 'Apply'... and Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! Your discount will now show in your order summary.
My discount code isn't working
If your discount code isn't working, there's some troubleshooting you can do that normally fixes the issue!
Codes aren't valid on all items, please check our Promotion Exclusions
Codes are case sensitive, so try copying and pasting if you can!
Try clearing cache and cookies on your browser
Refer to the Terms and Conditions of your code which will provide further details, such as exclusions and promotion end dates.
Can I apply multiple discount codes?
You can only use one Promo Code at a time but Disney Store will always use the one that gets you the most magical deal.
I forgot to apply my discount code
If your order hasn’t been finalised, you can return to the checkout page to enter your discount code!
If you’ve placed your order, our Guest Services team may be able to add the code for you.
