Please note, personalisation is not available with Express delivery. This means personalisation is not available for Canada, Cyprus, Malta or South Africa as we only ship via Express delivery to these countries. For Croatia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland, you will need to select Standard delivery if you wish to personalise a product.
Select items on our Online Store can be personalised by embroidery or a vinyl cut transfer. The size of the product will determine how this can be personalised.

Any personalisation is pre-selected and cannot be changed, including the font. This is so you are guaranteed to receive the best style of personalisation for your product.
Personalisation Restrictions - we cannot include:
- Special characters (such as % and *) or emojis.
- Offensive or inappropriate messages.
- Text which may violate the integrity and reputation of Disney or any of its subsidiaries.
- Church names, company names, school names, abbreviations of school/sports teams, trademarks, slogans or tag lines.
- Events other than with a family name incorporated (for example 'Smith Family Reunion')
- Mention of Disney Parks and Resorts (including but not limited to Disney World, Disneyland, etc.)
Additional Information:
- We reserve the right to decline your personalisation text and would ask you to check our Terms and Conditions before purchasing personalised items.
- Your personalisation will be created exactly how you type it. This includes capitalised letters and any spelling mistakes.
- If you need to amend your personalisation, we may be able to amend this within approximately 30 minutes of your order being placed. We are unable to make any amends to your order after approximately 30 minutes of it being placed.
- Personalised items cannot be returned (unless faulty).
