As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping email with a link to track your parcel. Your shipping email will note which items are being dispatched within the same order, so you may receive multiple emails as some items might ship separately.
Split Shipments
To make sure we get your order to you without further delay, we sometimes send your items in more than one parcel. Each parcel will have its own tracking information and you should be able to see that in your Disney Store account (if you have one) or in the email we send when we dispatch.
Out-of-stock items
Occasionally, items may become unavailable after your order is placed due to high demand or other reasons that are rare. We'll send you an email notification about this, including details of refunds or other options so please check your emails (including spam/junk folders).
If it's been 48 hours or more since the first parcel arrived, you have missing items, and you don't have any emails from us, then please get in touch and the team will be happy to help!
Pre-order items
Please also check that your item was not a pre-order or back-order item as these may also ship separately.
