Can I send you a cheque or a bank transfer?
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or bank transfers for orders.
Can I pay by gift card?
Sorry, gift cards can't be redeemed on our Online Store, but you can use these in our bricks and mortar Stores.
When will you debit my account?
Payments may be taken at point of order, within five days after placing your order, or at point of dispatch.

For payments taken at the point of order, when you place your order on our site, payment is debited from your account as soon as the order is placed. If accepted, your method of payment will be debited. If rejected, and you do not provide an alternative method of payment which is accepted, the order will not be processed. When you place an order with Disney Store to purchase products from the site, you'll be entering into a contract with Global-e NL BV. (About - Global-e). Global-e are the sales facilitation and fulfilment partner of The Disney Store Limited, who runs the site. When you're charged, you'll see on your statement Global-e identified as "Global-e // Merchant".

For payments taken at the point of dispatch or within five days after placing your order, when you place your order on our site, you will be asked to provide your payment details (either your credit or debit card number). Our payment service providers will then check that you have sufficient funds for the order, but payment is not taken at that point. Your account will be debited when we ship your order out to you or within five days after placing your order; you will also receive an email confirming the shipping of your order. This will usually be within 3 business days of you placing your order. At peak times it might be a few days later. If you do not see the payment on your account within 4 business days of placing your order, or you do not receive an email confirmation of the shipping of your order, please contact Guest Services.
How can I obtain a refund if I want to cancel or return my order?
