If you receive an order with items missing, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Split Shipments:
To make sure we get your order to you without further delay, we sometimes send your items in more than one parcel. Especially if items are located in different warehouse locations or vary in size and shape.
Each parcel will have its own tracking information and you should be able to see that in your account, if you have one, or in the email we send when we dispatch.
Out-of-Stock Items:
Occasionally, items may become unavailable after your order is placed due to high demand or other reasons that are rare.
We'll send you an email notification about this, including details of refunds or other options. Please check your emails, including your spam/junk folders.
If it's been 48 hours or more since the first parcel arrived, you have missing items, and you don't have any emails from us, then please get in touch and the team will be happy to help!
