Amending my order
Most of the time it won't be possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Because we want your order to be Practically Perfect in Every Way, as soon as you realise you need to make a change, please get in touch so our Guest Services team can check if this is possible.
We are unable to make any amends to your order after approximately 30 minutes of it being placed.
Cancelling my order
You can cancel your order in your Disney account within approximately 30 minutes of your order being placed.
After approximately 30 minutes of your order being placed, you will be unable to cancel your order in your Disney account.
How to cancel my order in my Disney account
1. If within 30 minutes of your order being placed, log into your account by clicking 'Sign In | Sign Up' (see the top right hand side of the page to log in).
2. Click 'Order History' (here you'll be able to see all the orders you have placed when logged into your account).
3. Find the order you wish to cancel and click the blue arrow next to your order total.
4. If your order is able to be cancelled you will see a 'Cancel Order' button.
You'll be asked to confirm you wish to cancel your order. Click 'Yes' to confirm (or not if you have changed your mind).
Your order will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation email shortly.
If this 'Cancel Order' button is not showing, then it is too late to cancel your order through your account. Our Guest Services team may be able to help so do contact us so we can check for you.
Can I cancel one item?
Please note that when cancelling your order through your account, you can only cancel the whole order, not individual products.
Additional Information
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after placing it, however, if your order has left our warehouse you'll need to follow our returns procedure.
Any cancellations made within 14 days will also be entitled to a refund of your delivery charge.
Orders can't be cancelled if personalised, or if we are too far along the order process.
