We cannot process exchanges which means if you want to swap an item in your order, you'll need to send the original item back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for you.
The cost for change of mind returns vary per country and is per return. You will be charged the return cost upfront within the returns portal. This is a separate charge which means you will be refunded the full amount of your original item(s) once your return has been processed.
