When returning via Rebound, the return cost is a separate charge paid upfront within the returns portal. This means that you will be refunded the full amount of your original item(s) once your return has been processed.

Your delivery charge will only be refunded if you return your whole order. If you only return part of your order, delivery charges won't be refunded.
You're responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you retain proof of postage.
