What’s changing with returns?
After careful consideration and to reflect industry changes and shopper habits, we have made the difficult decision to charge for some types of returns.
From 28 October 2024 there will be a €3.00 charge to return online orders to us, except for where a product is defective, where you have received a product in error, or where you are returning the product to us using your own label and postage.
We don’t make any price increases lightly and we feel this is necessary to continue providing the services that Disney Store Guests expect from us.
Do I have to pay for returns?
If you would like to return an order or product from our online store, from 28 October 2024 there will be a charge of €3.00.
There will be no charge to return a product that is defective, or if you have received a product in error, there is also no charge if you are returning the product to us using your own labels and postage.
How long do I have to return a product?
If you wish to make a return, you should send back the product as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to make a return. We are pleased to extend this right to return up to a maximum of 30 days after you receive your order.
When do I get my refund?
Once the product is checked back into our warehouse, we will refund you the cost of the product. If you return all of the products in your order, we will also refund the costs of the original delivery. If you weren’t charged at the point of printing our return label, the refund amount will have €3.00 deducted.
What can’t I return?
We regret that we cannot accept returns of certain products [see details here], including those which are not suitable for return due to health protection, or hygienic reasons, if the product is unsealed after delivery.
My item arrived broken/faulty do I still have to pay to send it back?
You may return to us any product that is damaged, defective or we have delivered a product to you in error, without any charge.
Once we receive the returned product, we will refund you the price paid for the product plus the cost of the original delivery.
