Can I find out when a product is in stock online?
In some instances we are able to email you if a specific product comes in stock.
If a product is showing as 'Sold Out', ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Coming Soon’, then a 'Notify Me' link may show on the product detail page.
When you click this button, it will allow you to enter your email address so that we can contact you.
Not all products marked as out of stock come back into stock and signing up for the alert does not guarantee that the product will definitely be coming back.
How will Disney Store update me?
If you have registered for a Stock alert, you will receive an email from us if and when the product comes into stock.
If the product does not come into stock within two weeks of you registering your interest, we will email you to let you know that it is not available yet. We will repeat this again two weeks later, and then continue to hold your email address for a further four weeks so that we can alert you if the product comes into stock.
If the product does not come in within these eight weeks of your original request, we will email you to let you know, and we will then discard your email address from the Stock alert.
How will my data be used and stored?
We will retain your email address for a maximum of eight weeks or until the requested product has come into stock, whichever comes first.
Your email address will only be used to for the Stock email alert you have asked us to send you. We will not send you any other emails unless you ask us, or have already registered to receive marketing emails from The Walt Disney Family of Companies.
